the Spa & wellness centre was a luxurious experience with a well-equipped indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and body scrub. the massage and full body massage were rejuvenating. the private spa lounge added to the exclusivity of the overall experience.
Some of the therapists didn't speak any language except Bulgarian, making it somewhat difficult to communicate. Nonetheless, the treatment room with exceptional service surpassed the minor language barrier.

The spa facilities were outstanding and were offered at no extra cost, making it an added bonus to a comfortable stay. the rooms were fantastic, with a recent refurbishment providing a modern feel, complete with a convenient tea and coffee-making station. the location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to local transport links.
Some of the therapists at the hotel don't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. some of the staff seemed to have an overly controlling attitude, which wasn't always pleasant.

The spa area was the best part of my stay! It was free with my accommodation and I definitely made full use of it. I also loved the package that included balneotherapy – it was a really unique and memorable experience. Plus, the location was great – super convenient for exploring the city on my city break.
My only complaint was the language barrier with some of the therapists. It made it a bit difficult to fully communicate my needs.
